There are three scenarios for a student/child’s data not displaying on the Teacher Dashboard.
- The student isn't listed in your class
- They are listed in your class but are using an alternative account or classroom during play
- There is no data for the date range you have selected
If your student/child isn't listed in the classroom you are viewing then you will not see their data. To add a student to your classroom please review the article found here.
If your student/child is a part of your class but their reports are not populating any data then it's likely they're using an alternate account to the one that you have listed. Instruct them to start using the account you've created for them.
